Instructions

Click or press to progress. You need a functioning camera to view this project properly (see below). The poem in this project is by Ryōkan Taigu (良寛大愚) (1758–1831), a hermit monk and an amazing calligraphist and poet. Music is the Shakuhachi Master Sugawara playing Shika No Tone (Distant Call of the Deer) on the Shakuhachi Yuu. All code and art by me (@kriblo). The mountain view vector art is by me, but heavily inspired by a photo I found in so many sources on Google search that I couldn't say who the original artist is. Part of this project is recycled from my project Frog Leap: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/331836703/ ===VIDEO_SENSING=== You need a computer, tablet or phone with built in camera, and you need to click "yes" when asked if Scratch is allowed to use your camera. If you don't get this question, it's likely you've been asked before on the same computer. If you have answered this question "no" in the past, this can be cleared in your browsers settings. To learn more about Video Sensing, visit the Scratch Wiki page: https://en.scratch-wiki.info/wiki/Video_Sensing Regarding the privacy & safety of the Video Sensing extension, see Scratch Teams answer here: https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/topic/622117/ #videosensing #interactive #animations #description(An illustrated interactive rendition of a poem by Ryokan Taigu.)
