Uh hi so, more lore :D You know how the Winter Solstice exists, and some cultures celebrate it? Well, Spektar's Purple Sector has a celebration like this. They light candles on the darkest night of the year to 'coax' the Sun back into the sky, and the current ruler would light up a tower on the Castle. Obviously, they know that it doesn't work that way, but it's a custom that's been with them for a very long time. While you-know-who had control of the Purple Sector, they banned celebrations of this event, but it was passed on by word of mouth, and a year after the War ended, the tower was lit up again, and Iris could enjoy the celebration for the first time. Also, Iris has a pet goat friend :) The goat friend is a domesticated goat species that lives alongside Purples, and have for thousands of years when early Purples needed to carry cargo up mountains. Iris lives on a goat farm, so she has ample opportunity to interact with the goats.
