Made myself some scrambled eggs and thought they looked good. Decided to share recipe. They’re sweet and a bit herby, if you’re into that. You don’t have to enjoy them. I like them and that’s good enough for me.
Song is Outside by Bill Wurtz. HOW TO MAKE THESE WONDERFUL EGGS: Take 5 large eggs and mix them in a bowl with a bit of light cream. Then, take an onion and chop it up. Put a tablespoon of butter in a small frying pan and set the heat to 7.5. Put the onions in the pan, stirring them constantly. This will bring out the sugars in them and make them taste like candy. Once they’re translucent and starting to turn brown, add thyme, salt, pepper, rosemary, parsley and basil. Or don’t. These are your eggs, not mine. Now add the eggs. Stir it until fully cooked. Put the finished eggs on a plate and give yourself a pat on the back.
