Use W,A,D to move. Blue is platform. Yellow is "mouse portal" Green is level portal. Mouse portal makes you go to mouse-pointer. Level portal goes to next level. The orange block in level 4 functions as a movable platform and can be moved. You can't jump while you're on it though. Ignore the pink in level 4; it doesn't do anything.
