Hold space or mouse, and the cat will start to spin faster and faster. Release to make the cat spin slower / stop spinning. Be patient, it will take a little bit to start going fast. If it gets too high, it will go negative. The controlling is all in 1 line, but the graphics are not.
This took me about 20 minutes. Inspired by https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/178682618/ This was originally a fidget spinner, but it ended up like this and I decided to keep it like this.
