✩ hi everyone!! want to say a quick few things i've been wanting to talk ab! prob will delete later sorry for lazy / quick art aa u don't have to 100% agree w all of my opinions but pls respect them + be nice <3 - - - - 1. updates ✩ thank you so much for 1.1k followers so fast!??!?! it means sm to me, u guys are so so sweet <3 i've been super busy + stressed about school + personal things but i promise i'm trying to get more high-quality projects out (sorry ik this one is lazy) - - - - 2. art theft ✩ my projects have been reaching more ppl + i've been having issues w ppl stealing my art / designs, not crediting me, + selling my characters without my permission. ✩ PLS understand it's v heartbreaking to have art + designs i've worked so hard on get stolen. if u see someone taking it w/o my permission, pls lmk! i'd never give away pastry or ren, idk why someone was trying to do that. ✩ i am ok w ppl taking inspiration from my art <3 pls j respect my wishes don't steal/trace anything. pls ask for my clear permission + credit me before using any of my art ✩ every artist has personal preferences w what u can + can't do w their art, so pls respect theirs! try to always ask for permission before using someone's art + make sure to clearly give credit! i hope u understand it can be v hurtful to the artist if u dont do these. + using ur own art is sm better! ur art is beautiful + the more practice, the more u improve! also b prepared for the answer to be "no" when asking for permission to use someone's art, bc its up to them - - - - 3. respect / be nice ✩ being nice can go a long way! ppl almost always see every message u send them, ik i do. sending hate can b very harmful + i've had to delete a number of unnecessarily rude comments recently. ✩ u never know what someone is going thru, so if u catch urself ab to say smth that could b rude, pls rephrase what ur saying + be kind! ✩ anyone could be young + not know what they're doing, any rude comment can be v harmful! ik it's frustrating to stay calm/nice in some situations, but sending hate can do the exact opposite of what ur trying to do! (+ also get u banned) ✩ if u see someone stealing art, don't start sending hate! kindly ask them to take it down, hate can make the situation harder ✩ respect preferences! if someone goes by certain pronouns, respect + use those pronouns! if someone prefers u dont trace their art, don't trace it! ✩ i was getting called a furry for my art + i asked to stop being called that, but i want to clarify: i didn't mean that there's something wrong w being a furry! some ppl were using it as an insult + i would prefer to not be called one. i just like drawing animals on scratch, i am not a furry :') if u are, that's ok! just please dont call me one ✩ u dont have to always agree with everyone's opinion, but pls respect them!
