Ok So I've been rekindling my affection for prehistoric life lately, I was a dinosaur nerd when I was younger and once you become a dinosaur nerd, you stay a dinosaur nerd And while I really like the okapi as an animal, it doesn't really feel like the animal I should be using to represent myself. It doesn't really give off the level of nostalgia that presenting myself as an ancient digitigrade reptile does. And the Protoceratops is so fricking precious- go look it up now and find out how precious this creature is, it's beautiful So this poses the question- stay an okapi, or change to Protoceratops? It's a hard decision that I keep overthinking, so I think some feedback from other people would be nice. Of course the Protoceratops shown here is not my final design - I haven't started designing this hypothetical new sona, but it may not look exactly like that. I was originally going to go for an Anomalocaris sona (they're a predaceous arthropod from the Cambrian era, really cool dudes), but those would be really hard to translate into anthro, and my connection to them is extremely personal. Also, they wouldn't be easily recognisable as Anomalocaris, but a Protoceratops is at least easy to identify as a reptile, maybe even a dinosaur if I'm lucky. So there Please help
