Press the letters VBN and M when the blue letters are touching the corresponding boxes, but not when they are not touching them. If the letters get to the bottom of the screen you will lose points, and you gain points when you press the letters at the right time. If the bar in the center gets too low, you lose, and try to get points (shown in the top right) I like to use two hands
