Welcome to the Inertion trajectory Physics thing! I looked at other people's engines, and with my sudden trial-and-error-based knowledge of how 2 fizzix, I decided to make my own. This was mainly made for my upcoming game, but I have implemented it into Space Simulator. It is very glitchy. Change the G slider to adjust gravity. Based on Terra scale. 0 = Space, 1= Terra, 4 = jupiter Change Airthick slider for air resistance. 0 = Space, 5 = Terra, 10 = 2x Terra CONTROLS: r to get unstuck Up and Down arrows to Increase/Decrease Gravity by 0.1 Right or Left arrows to Increase/Decrease Air resistance by 0.1 Slider for gravity 0G Controls: WSAD. push the other way to slow down. +G controls: A D SPACE.
READ EVERYTHING OTHERWISE I WILL TELL YOU TO FIGURE IT OUT. Just so you know, Terra is Earth, and Sol is our lovely star we all call the sun. CHANGELOG: 1.0 - Tue Feb 3 - Shared. 1.5 - fri Feb 6 - *Scrolling Update* -Added level template (Make the level in vector, and just put it right in! Does not matter the color.) -Added unstuck tool (r) -Added level scrolling 1.6 - -added arrow gravity control -Improved scrolling -Improved unstuckification 2.0 - *Air Update!* -Added air resistance 2.1 - Improved contact with floor. 2.5 - *Hallelujah update!* -Accidentally made engine usable -Improved "walking" -Moved Airthick slider 2.6 - -Changed acceleration rate, as @StandardToaster 's request. FUUUUTRRRREEE: 3.0 *Really freakin' big update* - Platforming - Multiple stages - And more stuff -More updates to come before it's suitable for a non-buggy game! BUGS: -Don't jump on higher gravity settings, you get stuck in the floor. (Scratch collision detection sucks) -When you hit the side of the map, you can sink through by pressing a or d. (Not sure how to fix) Air resistance does not work in zero g Free to use, just give credit
