Hello! I know I'm not the most popular/amazing scratcher out there, but i thought i would try out a DTA! If you know the answers to these questions, skip past all this. Common questions you might need answered. 1. What's a DTA? for those of you who do not know what a DTA is, i will explain. as you may know, copyright applies to everything on scratch. some people wont care if you steal their stuff, but most will. like me. BUT: DTAs allow you to view some characters drawn by that scratcher that you can compete for. When you win them, you can feauture them in projects, drawings, etc. without fear of being reported for copyrighting, since you 'won' that character and/or another prize. How do you compete, you ask? simple. you remix the project, circle the one you want (only one please) and create a new backdrop/sprite and redraw that character. all DTAs ask that you do not trace, copy, duplicate, or use templates. you must draw the character you want free hand. then you share your redraw with the one you want circled and your complete redraw, title it remix of whatever DTA your doing, and put the link of your SHARED (if you don't share it, people will not be able to see it, and your drawing will not get counted!!) project in the comments of the DTA you are competing in. don't post your link in other DTAs, that will confuse other managers of other contests, and again, your drawing will NOT get counted. The manager will look at your drawing, and other peoples, compare them, and decide a winner. every DTA is different, may have new rules, or other ways of doing it. but this is how we are going to do this DTA. 2. How many entries must be placed before they all get compared and the results come out? It's different with every DTA, but your probably wondering: what are you talking about? number of entries being compared? what this means is once we have a certain amount of entries for a certain character up for 'adoption' we will count them, compare them, and write down the winner and share a project of it soon. So, in this project, let's say 10 people remix this project and are wanting Cheznoar. (ask in the comments how to pronounce if unsure). these ten people will be competing for Cheznoar, and maybe only 1 - 3 of them will win. but we dont want just ten people competing. we want a little more. of course we dont want huge amounts because they will be impossible to count, so we would want 20-30 for Cheznoar, before he 'closes' and the winner is decided. You cannot enter for Cheznoar if he has been 'adopted'. That means he has been won by someone, and you have lost the chance to be able to draw him as your own, without copyrighting. too late! once 30 entries are in, Cheznoar will 'close', until adopted. this means the entries are being counted and evaluated. 3. When will I know I have won? manager (in this case, geu, aka me) will edit the notes and credits page with all the characters to be drawn and say Cheznoar has been adopted by (you, the winner) and is hereby closed. thanks for drawing! and the prize will be listed, your place (1st place, 2nd place, etc.) and the manager will comment on your profile with the link of your remix and the link of the actual DTA and say 'thank you for your contribution to (in this case Animation DTA - Foxes). I am proud to say you, (your name) are the winner! and you will list the prize option(s). So, let's get to it! Characters and entries needed: Maximum: 25 Dola - 15 entries -- 0 entries come in King - 5 to 10 entries -- 1 entry come in Pascel - 10 to 15 entries -- 0 entries come in Cheznoar - 20 entries -- 0 entries come in Tangerine - 20 entries -- 0 entries come in (1 coming) Dawn - 5 entries !!!!! -- 1 entry come in Fonlia - 10 entries -- 1 entry come in Blubee - 10 to15 entries -- 1 entry come in Fyad - 15 entries -- 0 entries come in Eri - 10 entries -- 0 entries come in Ocra - 15 entries -- 1 entry come in Uxi - 10 entries -- 0 entries come in Lex - 15 to 20 entries -- 1 entry come in everything's open! XD come one guys, we need action!! Prizes: (for every character) 1st place - Custom profile animation, right to the won character, follow by me, geu, likes/favors. 2nd place - right to the won character, follow by me, geu. 3rd place - right to the won character, likes. i know these are simple drawings, and their going to be really easy, but i hope you enjoy them!! remember, if a character is won, a new one will appear, this new character might be harder. also, if a character gets 0 entries for a whole week they will be deleted!!! so make sure to at least put one entry in for a character so they dont get deleted so fast. Also, if you have won this DTA before, please do NOT enter again, for at least a week. give others a chance. thank you!
