I didn't like my previous stage select, so I decided to make a new one that wasn't like the other ones. This one was inspired by Mega Man World 4, with the rotating disc stage select thing. For some reason the code doesn't display shock woman's sprite or name. If anyone would like to work that out, go on ahead.
