These are my wings of fire ocs, Assassin and Sway! Assassin is a hybrid of the Hivewings and the Rainwings, and Sway is a hybrid of the Mudwings and Leafwings! I made backstories for them :D Assassin - super feisty, loyal, loud, age 8, pansexual and genderfluid (she/her) Assassin’s rainwing father found himself in Pantala and met Assassin's mother. He left for home before she could tell him she was with egg. Assassin's mom was very poor, and she had no choice but to give Assassin away. She was raised by a hivewing couple who loved her and named her Stripe, but they were secretely ashamed to have such an obvious hybrid in their family. Eventually, Assassin got fed up with her life of no one accepting her for her parents, and she was terrified about how the hive would react if she came out. She changed her name to Assassin and escaped to the Poison Jungle when she was 5, forcing herself to forget the life she used to have. She found the Leafwing (or Poisonwing) home and found herself finally accepted. She trains with them and has become quite the warrior, especially with her deadly poison and flexible (and powerful) Rainwing tail. She has developed a strong relationship with the Grasswing, Sway, who lives with the other tribe of Leafwings (or Sapwings). Assassin can spit poison and change some of her scales to warm colors, and her fighting skills are super badass. Sway - Mute, thoughtful, loner, age 7, aliagender and only likes girls Sway’s mother is a Mudwing, and their father is a Leafwing. Their mother came over in the boat with Assassin’s father, but instead of leaving, she decided to stay with her partner. Sway has a loving family, but they just don’t know what to do with them. As a mute dragon, Sway couldn’t communicate with them in any way, so they focus on reading and learning all about the plants. They go out to the forest for hours on end to learn about the plants and even though they don’t know leafspeak, they still love beinig around the plants and helping them grow. During some of these walks through the forest, Sway met Assassin, the Venomwing from the Poisionwing tribe. the two developed a special bond, through anyone who ever sees them together can tel l their relationship may one day go much further than that. they have a secret language of hand gestures that they speak in frequently, and they are almost always together.
