Okay, let me explain. You see after i knew CoralStar I wanted to make my own splatoon idols, YES this is how long Neo Vortex was planned. I just drew the FIRST THING that came into my mind..and this is what I got. Yume with cyan ink and Jen as a cuttling. I named them NeoStar because I couldn't think of any other name. Two problems about NeoStar. One, after realizing that Riva and Lumi (CoralStar) was based on actual cephalopods, I thought that mine should too. Two, the word Star in NeoStar was stolen from CoralStar. So afterwards, I had to make another fresh new pair of idols.
