Backstory: when copperbottom ended up in the toppat turmoil ending he landed in the toppat airship in the middle of a war led by henry against general galeforce, when henry was captured copperbottom took charge, but then was forced to leave the dimension when the rest of the clan were captured, now he has this hat as a reminder.
