Press the up arrow to make the car go forward with mouse-control. Don't hit the edge or the grass, or you'll have to try again! Try to reach the blue area, and when you have, it says, "Completed," and will let you play again. The arrows can be good for you; or bad. Look for ones that point in the direction you want to go in. Tip: don't put the mouse-pointer right next to the car, but a long way away from it.
