Ayyy! I finished! This is only my second time lip-syncing on Medibang so cut me a little slack ;) Originally I was going to do Embu and Melody for this because the pallet matched them but I decided to do Nightshade and Crow, their parents, because so far they've developed a more... complicated story. [SPOILERS AHEAD] They met when they were both Embu and Melody's age (15) and instantly fell in love. A few years later they got married, but by that time, Crow was no longer interested in Nightshade. But he stayed with her because he didn't want to upset anyone (so we know where Embu gets that quality). Crow dies when his dragonets are three because while he was on patrol around the dark kingdom's border he ran into *someone (I'm not saying who because huge spoiler) who killed him. Nightshade was very sad but the greedy part of her was upset abut how she'd get less money now so she's now shown often wearing lots more gold, gems, ect so that she reassures others that she's fine and still making a good amount of moolah.
