This wonderful drawing is not mine! It is @DuckLover222's and was art for me. She said I could use it as an OC, so... Frost is the queen of the DogWings, although some say she isn't even a dragon. She's blue and has wings, so isn't that close enough? Wrong. She lacks horns.
