So, basically the sound is a guy on the couch eating a sandwich while reading something funny on his phone. Then, when he starts coughing his homie comes to check on him. The slapping sound is from him hitting the couch while chocking and the wrapper sound is from his sandwich. It's in a plastic wrapper.
