this is awesome, anyone who has bad thoughts know that you are loved I’m saying, that as someone who has struggled with all of these thoughts and issues, it will get better. There will be times when it gets bad again, and it may take a long time to get better, but it eventually will. And it’ll be worth it, when you get there.
