A shortline with a shorter budget. CNUR 8 was built as a UP GP9B Number 186B. Then it was rebuilt by the ICG into a GP11 numbered 8704 then it went to the IC with the same number. CNUR ended up with it and spray painted over the IC death star logo and 704. The patch on the logo was not done well so the IC death star faded through.
