Same rules as any IENE except you must evolve the number by 10 frames or more. If you evolve the number by less than 10 frames, a crash screen will appear. Effort Percent 100% is the same as 100% Effort on DEND2. Improve the music quality yet again by 42. (71% effort) Improve the outlines to 18 by 44. (72% effort) Cringy drawing will be obsolete by 46. (73% effort) Improve the outlines to 19 by 48. (74% effort) Improve the thumbnail at 50. (75% effort) As of now, DEND2 is at -6% effort. (That would be equivalent to -112 in this project.) No deleting music unless you're @Universe8. We'll decide what to make this look like when we're at 200% effort.
