so i just found out how to do this 24/11/20 but ima tell how to later and when my circle animation is finished i will present 60 FPS in it i did it without using turbo mode (by the way turbo mode dosent actually make the FPS faster). im pretty convinced that i am the first person to realise how to do this since i checked everything including scratch forums if it was discovered yet and it wasn't, until now.
