Victor is one of the few video brinquedos that actually hate Tony. Not to say this dude isn't a villain though. He is a very insecure idiot who fears children beating him in a race. Also, the universe apparently hates him, cause He literally fails for the dumbest reasons. Like needles magically appearing in the race. He ends up doing stupid stuff a lot, like risking his life for an empty cup, and bragging rights, or stealing parts that are incompatible to his car for repair. He also is horrible at getting away, like leaving tire prints all over the place. He is sometimes overconfident, like saying he can beat a person he never met. Did I mention he's an escaped convict? He sells illegal drinks, and once tried to poisen champ with them. they can make people catch on fire. But anyway, that i guess is his description. Oh, He is enemies with the world, and friends with nobody. Yup, he's a sad character. Almost as tragic as undertale characters,
