Just click the green flag and change either slider. The variables will always add up to 100.
Just the result of answering a recent forum question. I used the mouse y position to detect which of the two values is being changed so the other can be changed to correspond. You can change this to suit your circumstances - eg if the sliders were arranged horizontally looking at mouse-x may be more appropriate.
