This entire project was inspired by Creative Spark. It is a studio full of projects that contain a single word, and the idea is to create an original project inspired by that one word. The studio, which was started by @LoudHeadphones, can be found here: http://scratch.mit.edu/studios/752180/. Please check it out! I thought it was a really neat idea for a studio, so I looked through the projects and picked the word Flash. I was originally going to have the player explore a campsite with a flashlight, but that proved too challenging with my limited art skills. Then the idea to use this story as a base came to me, and thus this project was born. Credits: -I'm not entirely sure of the origins of the story, but the version I remember reading when I was younger was from a book of horror stories retold for children by Alvin Schwartz. -Many thanks goes to @Failord for the wonderful flashlight effect!
