Story: Caroline is a fourteen year old girl who lived in World War 2. Her two best friends were Jeremy and Madeline. Every day during this time Caroline knew she would be in danger until the war was over. A nearby neighborhood was bombed, and Madeline lived in it. She woried for her friend. Soon enough she was sent away to be evacuted. Finally the Allies defeat Germany and Caroline gets to be with her family and friends again.
