She lived their for 2 years with her mother and father. One day while her mom and dad were out hunting Shira decided to leave their den to explore on her own. She wandered very far from home and walked right into a trap. She tried desperately to call out for help but no-one heard her. The trappers gave her a tranquilizer shot and took her away. When she woke up she was at a zoo trapped..... At night she began to look for ways to get out. She started to dig a deep hole and finally she dug deep enough to get out. As she was walking towards the exit of the zoo she met another Sabertooth tiger. His name was Zeke. Zeke asked her a question that she had never thought about. "Where are you gonna go when you leave the zoo?" he said. Shira didn't know. After a night of long and hard thinking Shira decided to stay at the zoo. Later that year the ASPCA came and took Shira and Zeke and let them go back in the wild. (Thats up to the present)
