My estimate may differ from official estimates Hurricane Isaias was a very damaging Category 1 Hurricane that affected the Caribbean, Bahamas, and the east coast. The storm formed near the Lesser Antilles. The storm then caused flooding in Puerto Rico and hit the Dominican Republic. The storm then went on to hit the Bahamas. After that, it hit North Carolina.
