You can use other drawing programs, but I will give more points if someone does a really good job in scratch than if they do a really good job in some other program. 4. It'd be cool if you added music but its fine if you don't 5. You can totally customize the collar, and feel free to change the facial expression, but try not to change the lineart too much. 6. You entry HAS to be a remix. 7. You can use your own OCs, someone else's, or just a random cat, or a character from the books, but if the character does not belong to you than GIVE CREDIT!!!!! 8.
