I made myself a little color palette based on a sunset I saw about a week ago and decided to do at least one painting (digital thingy, whatever) a day using it. These are some cloud studies and other stuff, as the title of this project suggests. 1. Day one—I’m not too happy with this… I tried adding too much detail too quickly. But it ain’t too bad for a first try… Unfinished. 2. Day two—very not happy about this one… it’s unfinished. 3. Day three—I spent quite a bit of time on this. Definitely one of my best (in my opinion). 4. Day four—I did this in fifteen to twenty minutes. I actually think it’s pretty cute hehe… 5. I just smudged the previous one a bit for a different look. 6. Day five—not to pleased with this one. I tried though. 7. Day six—I spent forever on this one, but it’s still not how I wanted it to be… I might try again sometime. 8. Day seven (today)—I’m fairly happy with this. It’s not exactly how I’d imagined it… but it’s not too bad, I think. 9. I wasn’t sure which way looked better… what do you think? 10. Random cloud. mysterious and all… (the title is “ęñø”) 11. Um… a misty/foggy forest thingy. I looked out the window yesterday as the setting sunlight was hitting this one tree, and decided to try recreate it. The mistyness came out of nowhere… I’m new to Procreate/digital art in general, so I would be glad to receive constructive criticism, tips, ideas, etc. I haven’t seen any tutorials (other than this one really boring introduction to Procreate video) or anything and I pretty much have no idea what I’m doing hehe. I’m just trying to figure it all out, at this point. @The_Surrealist
