Part 1: Hemingway was a little town in the middle of nowhere in England. It was the kind of town where everyone knew everyone and nothing gets through the public eyes. If Miss Windsler was struggling with money then the whole town would know and chip in a few extra coins. Kindness was a universal thing in this Hemingway. They have a well known God. People don't worship but if ever in help they call. Their faith is so strong because one of their own was once chosen by him. It had been hundred of years since then but everyone knows the legend. They never had the chance to call for help. They never had too. Across the town, in a distance of a sea for humans knowledge was another little town called Hemingway. It was the kind of town where everyone knew everyone and nothing got through the public eye. If Miss Windsler struggled the whole town would know how to exploit her weakness. Kindness wasn't a well known thing in this Hemingway. They have the well known God. People don't worship him because that's a weakness. If they ever need help they know to call. They have seen him because years ago he saved them all. They never had the chance to call for help. They knew better too until it came back to bite them. Neither Hemingways exist now. They were destroyed long ago. Some people claim to still see some of the survivors. They see them digging through the houses, desperate for memories they've lost. You can also see them screaming for their God who can't come in the white voids. The towns are desolate. It's safer to go insane then stay where it isn't safe. The whiteness that surrounds them only speedens the process. Every villager has seen the proof that guilt can kill a man. Thousands of worlds away, there's a little town called Hemingway. It is empty. No ones been there for such a long time except to visit. The houses aren't torn down like the others. Everyone except the perpetrator was killed long before the tragedies. Now all that remains is dust blown by the wind. Once upon a time, a guy lived there. People liked him until he started to cry unexplainable goo. People liked until he became dangerous. There was no one left to like him when he followed the villain and let the goo consume him. No one knows what that goo is and how it comes. It's what scares them.
Part 2: Press Space to see the towns and what Hemingway looks like :) Part 3: Q: What is the name of your world? A: The Hemingway Multiverse. Each world is technically separate and known as XWay or Heminghog by the Gods. Each town though exclusively calls itself Hemingway. Q: Right, right… so in Hemingway, are there any sports unlike those of our own? A: Fighting was a common practise in Heminway in all the worlds for safety reasons. However after the tragedy, this became less for sports and more for survival. They never had sports like our own due to being isolated for so many years. Q: Are there famous people in your world – singers, models, world leaders, etc.? A: Yes! Obviously the Gods are the most well known seeing as their you know Gods. This whole dystopian mess is because of them and family feuds really. (And favourtism from the higher Gods but that's another story). The most well known God is the creator closely followed by the God of Positivity. Before the tradgedy they'd go and pop round. Their counterparts, Destriction and Negativity were more rumours before they got petty. Other than the Gods, their 'chosen ones' are also well known. After the war they were more often than not the ones seen more often. Their's 5 of them but one died in battle. He's still well known as the point they can stand a chance with the right training. Q: Now, this part is very important. Does your world… have memes? A: Yes, though they aren't as funny or as easily accessible. This is because they're morbid and the internet doesnt exist meaning they have to be handed out. The god of Negativity chosen ones are memers though, you can't change my mind. They would defiantely quote their versions of vines while doing what they need to do. Q: Are there different political factions within your world? What different things do people believe? A: This world is a dictatorship. There's only two beliefs you can have. The most common one is agaisnt the system but those who are helped by the system (those who have climbed the leaders good side and his right hand men) are for it. Hemingway never had a need for politics. They're ran by a monarchy that's never had to change. Q: Do different levels of class exist in your world? A: Yes. Before the tragedy there was only everyone else, monarchy and Gods. Since then that has changed. Monarchy no longer exists and there are two groups you can consider joining. Each one of them is ranked. The resistance works more on a democratic system in which the higher you is merely how trust worthy you are/the more you are told. It isn't openly ranked. The dictatorship goes: Dictator, right hand man, Chosen ones, soldiers. Soldiers aren't told anything and cannot do anything. It is impossible to rise in the ranks. Q: Does your world have holidays? A: Do you think it has holidays? Q: Does your world have trends? A: If there are it's generally not noteworthy of writing down. Q: Are there museums or memorials – or any sort of way to remember the past? A: Yes. The memorial of the day the 'good' gods lost the war is remembered by those who won and lost. They either celebrate or mourn. This is the only thing both sides can agree on. This is a rest day. (873 words.)
