If you may have noticed, my voice is deeper in Cantonese than English. And my Japanese is higher than English :o 's' for subtitles, 'n' for no subtitles. (Yes, I finally decided to add subtitles lol) Sorry about the sound quality changing, I was busy so I wasn't able to record everything in one go. I split it up into like five days lol BIG THANKS to my amazing dad (who keeps telling me and my siblings to GROWWWWW haha) for helping me translate this together <3 When I asked my family which project I should translate next, my dad wanted this one, because he said he liked it a lot, and it's near Christmas too, so I agreed haha :3 The acronym is literally so long haha, it stands for "When You Get Gifts You Don't Really Want" The title of this project looks so random as if I smacked my keyboard haha Disclaimer: I purposely did not directly translate every single word that I said in the subtitle. I just put the general meanings and cut off a few other things I said. The reason why I decided to give just a general idea to the subtitles is because I said many things in the animation and I felt tired translating every single thing I said otherwise they would take up the entire screen. Only people who actually know Cantonese will get the full meanings of what I actually said so yeah, sorry about that. I can't speak like a native speaker too, because I don't really uhh know many people who can speak Cantonese in US, so it's kinda hard to know how to say each word perfectly. #keeppracticing amirite ;) The animation style is different due to the fact the original version of the animation was made in 2018. I am really busy with my personal life, which includes studying for big exams, and overall, giving myself time to spend with my family and irl friends to keep my mental health up and healthy. I was dealing with stress this month (I kinda have a tendency to stress a lot so this is normal dw) because of many things I was just struggling on my own and I was also annoyed at myself for not being able to do everything that would make people happy. I understand that I've been saying that I would post more on YT, but ended up not doing anything, and so I'm sorry for making it sound like I lied ;n; In reality, I actually have things set up, I just need to find motivation to find some music and combine it with the video and publish it. I've been also finding some new hobbies as well, and I would like to spend more time IRL than online. I'm still definitely staying online though, because I really enjoy talking to everyone <3 But anyways, hope you understand.
