Ah ha you said no rules. I usually get in trouble for re-drawing the lineart, (like raiku!) but I couldn't this time! d.u.b Double thumbs up! No, this isn't gender bent William, but someone else entirely... BUT WHO? I'mnottellingyouhaha
@brightstar cat drew the original lineart, and I went over it in pixelmator. Coloring and fancy stuff was done in pixel mator, and animation was done in scratch. And yes, I went with the cliché eye-fire things... :P
