Play it just like you would with Cookie Clicker. Click and get upgrades. It takes 1000000 points to win. Press green flag twice, I think I messed something up while changing this.
This used to be an MLG style project, but Scratch took it down. Couldn't find what was inappropriate about it, so I just redesigned the whole thing (did this a while ago). Finally got to sharing it. Sorry if it's not as entertaining to play now. I'm sure there's an unchanged remix of the original game you can play though. Music is Aurea Carmina by Kevin MacLeod. One more thing left to do on Scratch, and I'll be done.
