-Meet Insanity! Sans -He was created after Gaster gave Sans too much Determination -He kills his victims by pushing their heads on a bone before they disintegrate -Sadly he killed Papyrus but as you can see, he is not entirely dead as his head has not disintegrated -Fortunately, Insanity Sans has not taken over completely as he keeps Papyrus' head close which shows that there is still a bit of normal Sans in him which the determination hasn't 'got to' - YET...
