Pixel was originally just the avatar of an infamous hacker. Their image filled minds with, at most, annoyance. But their creator wanted more. Hacks were made against gigantic websites and companies, and eventually the hacker was arrested. But not before a robot was made to carry out the mission of destroying each target corporation, and maybe a bystander or two. Seeing Pixel now... ...means death.
