Prologue Iris screamed as an explosion threw her into the escape pod. The ship wasn't supposed to explode! She quickly scrambled up into the pilot's chair and hit the close hatch button, effectively shutting out the noises of her world ending on the other side of the door. She frantically punched in the only coordinates she knew may save her life. As soon as the computer accepted them, another explosion, bigger this time, shook the pod so much that her head was slammed against the seat and then suddenly everything went black. She passed out.
