Scooby-Doo art contest! If you are thinking about joining the contest, here are the rules/limits: -No Scary images. Respect little Scratchers -Don't make fun of other peoples art. We all are learners -No art theft. If I catch any, you will be eliminated from the contest. -Do not beg about getting in, if you would like to join the contest, let me know. If I say 'no' then do not whine, fuss, or beg. That is an obvious 'no' -Must be original art. No using other peoples art or images from the internet. -Your entry can be animated, but the time limit is one minute. -Scratchers of all ages are able to join.
