I've made a decision. For my PEN DRAWN animations, I'll use bitmap. If I make animations with the tools, It'll be vector. This may be a little confusing, but it'll make more sense down the road. Also, I'm closing in on 30 followers. I know it may not SEEM like a lot, but you don't know my life. It can get very exiting if I get even 1 follower. Don't judge my life.
