If you click on the button and move the mouse away, the button will wait for you to let go of the mouse. If you let go of the mouse and it's not touching the button after you clicked it, nothing will happen. If you let go of the mouse and it's touching the button, it will change the background! Most buttons I've seen that were made in Scratch don't have this feature :P
