Scrap is Rosevine and Lightbranch’s mother, she died 3 moons after her kits were captured by a twoleg. She wanted to be able to watch her children grow up, so she and Fire went underwater, they spent their last moments underwater and when Scrap had lost almost all air she said to Fire “It’s time for me to go. If you find our daughters, I will be there standing next to you and them. I love you Fire.” And then she sunk to the bottom and smiled. Fire sat at the bottom with her until Fire got low on air than he gave Scrap one final nuzzle and said goodbye and he swam back up to the surface, but he knew that his mate was happy with her choice so Fire smiled, wiped away the tears and went on to live by himself and to never have another mate.
