Now with Colonel's permission, Team Shadow was formed to defeat Shadow Woman's attackers know as the Menacing 5. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- Part 1: Icy Roads and Overflowing Sinks ------------------------------------------------------------------------- (Lan woke up three days after they'd formed Team Shadow, he picked up Megaman and went into the kitchen and was shocked to see his mom trying to keep the sink from overflowing) Lan: (looks shocked) Mom!? What's going on? Mom: (Stares at Lan) Lan, this morning when I woke up I came into the kitchen to see the sink was overflowing with water! Megaman: (Sounds shocked) Well, we should check outside to see if it's happening it anyone else. Lan: (Looks at Mom) Can you handle the water for a little while longer? Mom: (nods) Yes, you go on ahead Lan! (Lan heads outside to see the roads covered in ice, while sprinklers were covered in frost, Mayl, Yai, and Dex ran up to Lan) Mayl: (Says huffing from running) Lan, what's going on? Our sinks are overflowing and all of the other water sources are frozen soild! Yai: Yes, it's horrible! I had to brush my teeth with day old water! Dex: (Looks at Lan in fear) Do you know what's happening here Lan? Please tell me you know. Lan: (looks at them confused) No, I don't know... I just woke up the the overflowing sink and the frozen roads. Megaman: (All a sudden says) Hey Lan! You got an email from Shadow Woman! Mayl: (Confused) Shadow who? Lan: (Suprised) Oh! Sorry, it's Official stuff. Yai: (Confused) What does it say? Megaman: I'll read it for you Lan. Dear Lan, please meet me and the other team members at the ACDC Water Plant. We need to investigate the sudden frozen and flooding water surges and we need you to join us over here. Hope you can get here quick, from Shadow Woman. Lan: (confused) The ACDC Water Plant.. where's that? Dex: Oh I know! It's west of the school, it's easily to get there! Lan: (grateful) Thanks Dex! Dex: (Proud of himself) Well at least I know this town Lan! Mayl: (Cuts off Dex's bragging) Well you better get going, or else ACDC will be flooded and freezing! Lan: Lets go quick Megaman! Megaman: Absolutely! (Megaman and Lan start running torwards the ACDC Water Plant)
------------------------------------------------------------------------- Part 2: An Endewing Encounter ------------------------------------------------------------------------- (Megaman jacks into the ACDC Water Plant Net and runs into Shadow Woman, Protoman, and Colonel) Shadow Woman: (looks at Megaman) Great, now that we're all here we can find out who in their right mind caused all of this. Megaman: (confused) So, where would we begin looking? Colonel: I suggest we go in groups to cover more ground. Shadow Woman: (Nods) Right, Megaman and I or team A will head to the west quarters or the filter center, while Protoman and Colonel or team B will check around the east quarters where the water goes into the sewers. Protoman: (confused) Why am I with Colonel? Shadow Woman: Well, first of all I just though of this plan, second Colonel alread told me he would check over there and I don't want to get my hair dirty. Lan: (laughs a bit) Well, looks like Protoman's getting dirty Chaud! Chaud: (growns) I guess that's how life plays out I guess. Baryl: (annoyed) Let's get back to the mission you two. Megaman: (pats Protoman on the back) It's alright, I'll save my bubble chips for later to help you two clean up. Protoman: (a little annoyed) Fine, I guess I'll go with Colonel. Colonel: Heh, that's the spirit Protoman, now let's go. (The group splits up and go their seperate ways, this is group A's POV) Shadow Woman: Now lets start looking around for clues. Megaman: (Nods to Shadow Woman) Gotcha! (Megaman starts looking around for a while and stumbles upon a group of switches, only one is on) Lan: Hey Megaman, are those switches to the water ways? Megaman: (Says while inspecting them) Seems so, because only one is on, it's causing only the sink filtered water to head through the plant. Lan: We should report this to Shadow Woman right away! Megaman: (on the communicator) Hey Shadow Woman! Me and Lan think we found the cause of the sinks overflowing! Shadow Woman: Alright, I'll be right over to help with the switches, it's difficult to figure out which ones to turn on. (communicators turn off) (As Megaman goes to check to see in all the swicthes were in good condition, a blue navi that looked like Protoman teleported in) Megaman: (confused) Protoman? What are you doing here? Lan: (confused as well) Hey Chaud, did you send Protoman over here? Chaud: No, why are you asking Lan? Lan: Some navi that looks like him came over here. Chaud: (confused) Strange, anyways I gotta get back to the mission, see you later. (All a sudden after Lan turned off the communicator Shadow Woman teleported in and glared at the blue navi) Megaman: (suprised) Oh! Hey Shadow Woman, thanks for coming.. uh Shadow Woman... is something wrong? Shadow Woman: (her voice filled with rage) Dewman... so you caused the flooding part eh... just as I thought. Dewman: (menacingly) Heh, so good to see you too Shadow Woman, anyways I just can't allow you two to fix the water ways. It would be disrespecting the Queen! Megaman: (shocked) You're one of the navis in Shadow Woman's team that disappeared! I can't believe it! Dewman: (smirks) You better believe it, anyways I won't allow pests to go near these switches! Shadow Woman: (looks at Lan) Prepare for battle! Lan: (nods) Summon Bulk 2 Battle Chip in download! (Megaman unleashes a Bulk that instantly attacked Dewman, and as he was distracted Shadow Woman put in a unusual shadow type sword. After the Bulk chip's time went out, Shadow Woman slashed Dewman with the dark sword) Dewman: (Breathing hard) Uh... you may have beaten the dew outta me now but you bubble bet I''ll be back! (Dewman teleports away, Shadow Woman starts inspecting the switches) Megaman: (confused) Hey Shadow Woman, what was that chip you used? Shadow Woman: Oh! Sorry, it's called Shadow Blade, that does 200 damage to the enemy when attacked. It's a special chip programmed just for me! Megaman: Cool! Shadow Woman: (smitten by Megaman's interest) Here, have a few! (Shadow Woman gave Megaman 5 Shadow Blade chips) Lan: (Happy) Wow! These will indeed come in use! Megaman: (While Lan was checking out the chips) Hey Shadow Woman, do you know how Protoman and Colonel are doing? Shadow Woman: I'm not sure, but I know they'll follow my orders. Unless they want to be hit my my swords! (Shadow Woman starts laughing while Lan and Megaman give her clearly scared faces)
