Instructions

on the 21st of October 1966 in Aberfan, Wales, there was a total death toll of 144. 28 adults, 116 kids. in the 60s wales was a big coal spot and that's where it got a lot of its business from. but the coal tip collapsed, ran down the mountain and killed 144 people. coal miners came to try and find survivors but there weren't many. some of them had to dig up the bodies of their own kids. in welsh schools you usually do a minute of silence to remember all the children and teachers that died in the Aberfan disaster and im just posting this now to show respect and to think about what had happened. also, if you're lucky enough to still have a family member in your life, give them a hug. right now.
