update: so i posted this *elsewhere* and the original cover artist that drew the season 2 and 3 art found it and commented on it and- AAAAA unnecessarily long caption warning ;; my g o d, the two princes podcast is a very good and very gay podcast, 10/10 got very emotionally invested in rupert and amir and even the side/support characters like joan, atossa and cecily <who i strongly disliked at first lmao> were also very cool, @kevinchristophersnipes what a masterpiece, consider this my season 3 premiere celebration gift OKAY UM LONG STORY COMIN- so maybe in like january or so i’m pretty sure i got a trailer style ad for this podcast,, <which, obviously, was the two princes-> and i was like “okay i’m 99% sure this is gay” and not like in a bad way,, i wanted to not just have a listen because it was gay but also because the plot was of interest which resulted in me never interacting with that ad again (whoops) and then for the three day weekend last week we went and drove to a state park like two hours from home on friday evening and i thought “oh heck isn’t there a podcast that i never listened to that might actually be good?” so i listened to it in the car and OH HOLY HECK SEASON 1 WAS SO GOOD I FINISHED IT AT 11 PM THAT NIGHT AHAHAHHA sorry, past me, but you caved h a r d anyway i listened to the second seasons at saturday and it emotionally just destroyed me so naturally i’m like “hmm.. fanart? why not” but as it turns out i didn’t pACK MY STYLUS i suffered a little but when we got home on monday afternoon i started sketching but then got too busy during the school week to come back- on heckin thursday they announced that season 3 would be coming out on tuesday + there was new cover art sO I GOT RID OF THE LINEART I DID ON MONDAY TO DRAW THEM IN THE OUTFITS THEY'RE WEARING IN THE S3 COVER ART BECAUSE ITS SO. DARN. CUTE. also i think this is the most colors i’ve drawn with in a while and w o o o o, it took an exhausting 11 hours but it was all worth it- i also tried putting a paper texture on it and?? owo?? HHHHHHH that was a massive caption if you are reading this you're a total mvp
