These are the (only) characters that appear in the "One" comic, which was a small little 13-page comic which later became the first two episodes of the Cbeebies kids show "Numberblocks". These are to be considered as V3's of the One and Two from the comic, because the first sprites were rather bad, and the second ones are Numberblocks-styled. One was made from the ground up, while Two was completely traced, so you can use him in all his glory! The arms on both of them are jointed too, which makes way for poses without having to reshape the arms.
