CHARACTER BIOGRAPHIES: Karbelc is the most secretive and quiet of all the ancients. He places his judgement wisely, and doesn't trust many people beyond the Council. He also tends to judge the rest of the Council's judgement, especially regarding the planet Terag (Earth). He believes that the people of Terag are destined to destroy everything that comes to their planet before destroying themselves, and he blames them for the death of Iksven. Etsirr is the only member of the Council that Karbelc considers to be a true friend. He often acts as a mediator between Karbelc and the Council, as he tends to see an argument from both sides. He questions the Council similarly to Karbelc, but is more the type of person who would say "I understand what you mean, but..." rather than "You're making no sense at all." Etsirr also expresses subtle interest in Terag (hence the shoe that lies under his floating, spherical body), much to Karbelc's dismay. Iksven (†) was a noble studier of worlds beyond the galaxy in which the Council resides. He was fascinated by how complex yet so simple the people of Terag were, and how they created such complicated structures while using them for mere business operations. One day, he left to see them for himself, and was killed by an unknown force. This triggered Karbelc's hatred towards Terag and its people. The Symmetry is a unified mind connected to the souls of Maunfris, Dalwen and Beiran, who are three individual people from the world of En. It speaks in one distorted, robotic voice, yet it thinks with the minds of all three members of the Symmetry. The lead theory of how it came to be is that they were in a unified group dedicated to singing in harmony completely in sync, and ended up surpassing their goal and achieving Enlightenment through their now-unified mind. Psyordok has literally lived several lives, each one lasting a decade longer than the last. He is often dreary and tires from being resurrected by the genetic code that he placed inside himself after achieving Enlightenment. He gave himself this genetic code to achieve more knowledge every day, but now suffers from mild memory loss and simply sits at his seat, using what he learned to decide on solutions with the rest of the Council. Alokai is by far the most mysterious member of the Council. She rarely speaks, and instead telepathizes with her small, green and crystal-based friend, who then speaks for her. It is unknown how she came to meet this sentient crystal shape, who calls itself Isor, but it is often theorized that she saved him from an unknown threat. This theory is often rejected by the thought that Alokai has no empathy, and that she is all mind with no soul. Aksaui is the head of the Council, and is a being of pure thought who only expresses empathy when she feels that it's necessary. Her current form was created when her unknown sister fused Aksaui's soul and mind with the body of the original water elemental, who was slain in 1844. This was done to save Aksaui from a mysterious psychological effect with roots in her physical form that was corrupting her mind. To this day, it is unknown who her sister is, but Aksaui refrains from talking about her. This both shuts out questioners from finding out more while simultaneously implying something about her relationship with her sibling. Keinum is something of a "field operator" among the Council. He can slip through walls and become invisible at will, and is fairly capable of combat. He bases most of his judgement off of personal experience, which can often prove useful in matters regarding planets and sentient races. Eeloiarx is by far the most open-minded member of the Council, and simultaneously the most absent-minded. He constantly studies other races and worlds, which usually prompts Karbelc to alert him with "That's exactly the behavior that killed Iksven." Aksaui interferes nearly every time something like this is said, but that doesn't change Karbelc's opinion on the matter. Nevertheless, Eeloiarx is determined to communicate with mortal races, and he believes in something no other member does--Universal peace. Tristia constantly dwells thoughtfully on problems, which is why her eyes and physical form are constantly dull-colored. She believes that ignoring problems will only allow them to grow, so she wishes to give every problem no such opportunity. While dwelling on struggles often brings her pain, it helps her remember her past better than any member of the Council, and the physical and emotional pain has made her the second most empathetic member of the Council. Continued later in Notes and Credits.

Description

All art by me. Music from Team Cherry. I worked for several straight hours on this, so consider leaving a love and possibly a favorite! CONTINUED CHARACTER BIOGRAPHIES: (Don't read until you've read the character biographies above.) Che'Yatho, though he is not directly related to Tristia, has developed a deep, brother/sisterly bond with the member to his right, as they both dwell on negative situations. Che'Yatho, unlike his sister-in-arms, ponders the possible negative outcomes and deducts which one is worth taking and which one has the more undesirable long-term effect. David is a soul bound to a fruit from a distant world, and is a surprisingly deep person, a quality that is sadly often covered by his edible appearance. Eeloiarx is the only real friend David has had, and the only one who asks questions about David's former life. David's memory is faint, but Eeloiarx is determined to help bring it back, with the help of some of the more psychic members of the Council. Tsilor is the absolute most empathetic member of the Council. Why? Because he witnessed the death of an entire race. All at once, the Spheordioites just...vanished. Tsilor feels great remorse from this and feels that he could've saved them all, but he was only successful in rescuing Urmos, his closest friend, and Arksoys, who is now the advisor of the Council. #art #lore #the #homies RIP Iksven ;-;
