May 5th, 2017! Happy Birthday Scratch! I thought it would be fun to look at my first uploaded project when the site launched. This project was uploaded March 14th 2007 Thanks everyone on the Scratch Team!
This is a story starter for Scratch. I made a bunch of story backgrounds to tell the story in order. I made three sprites: 1) Burt the bee 2) the flower of Burts quest 3) a surprise sprite Once I made one surprise sprite with the script that hides the sprite and talks to Burt when he bumps into it, I could just add new surprise sprites and drag the scripts from my first onto the new sprites and they did the same thing. ( I did change what each surprise sprite said to Burt when he bumped them.)
