If you are wondering why it is called spike dodge 1, it is because there might be a 2. Use the arrow keys to move, jump over spikes and get coins. Press the play button and it automatically chooses a character. Press characters if you want a selection of 2 characters. Press the help button and then the instructions, if my description is not clear enough here.
