I really liked the Scratchtober theme today, of Trick-or-Treating, and I was going to make a full animation. Unfortunately, I'm not the best at animating. So, I shortened the animation into a small one which has very poor quality and animating, but whatever! So, without further ado, click le flag to watch the animation.
