(space or tap to navigate) About 4 [edit: 6 or so] weeks ago I got this beautiful white cat which we named Mysti, in place of my old cat Joe, who sadly passed away toward the end of lockdown. I still really really miss Joe, but Mysti has brung new life to my days, and I really love her too. Mysti is approximately 1 years 2 months old, and we got her from an old owner who couldn't keep her due to her not getting on with their other cat. Mysti is actually named after one of my roleplay cats, which is sort-of weird lol, but I thought it was a nice name and it fitted her personality perfectly, so we went ahead with it. Mysti is practically /exactly/ the same as my roleplay cat Mysti, the only difference is my roleplay cat is completely black whereas Mysti is completely white xD. She loves exploring, and is always looking upward to see if she can climb higher than she already is. She's really energetic and enjoys playing chase with cat toys, her favourite type of toy is anything in the shape of a stick - she literally pounces on pens and stuff! We just let her outdoors a few days [edit: weeks] ago and she absolutely loves it outside. Most of the day she's outside exploring, and she loves watching birds (which is a bit of a problem tbh lol) and looking for things to investigate. She doesn't seem bothered about rain or water, but on her first day outdoors she accidentally fell in the pond, which was rather amusing but also sort-of sad lol. It gave her a bit of a fright. She's also scared of anything loud, like cars or people shouting, or the vacuum cleaner or fast-running water. Which is kind-of a good thing tbh, as it means she's more wary of things that could possibly be dangerous. Despite her energy, she makes a really good friend and is always up for a snuggle. She's not really a lap cat, but adores having company and being stroked. She also purrs /really/ loudly. EDIT / NOTE: I might add some more photos and stuff of her later on, but for now that's what I have.
